Common questions
How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on your home, so we quote every job rather than publishing one number. The price comes down to how many windows you have, whether you want interior glass as well, how many stories, how accessible the windows are, their condition, and whether you add tracks and screens. Tell us about your home and we'll get you a real figure — no site visit needed, and we confirm the price before we start.
What's included in a standard cleaning?
A standard exterior cleaning covers your exterior glass, sills and frames. Tracks and screens are available as an add-on, and interior glass as an upgrade — you pick what you want when you request a quote.
Do you clean second-story windows?
Yes. Second and third-story windows are routine for us, and you can tell us how many stories your home has when you request a quote. If something genuinely can't be reached safely, we'll say so rather than improvise — and you won't be charged for it.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only cleaning, no — as long as we can get to the windows and any gates are unlocked. If you've booked interior cleaning too, someone will need to let us in. Either way we'll confirm the arrangement with you before the day.
Do you work weekends?
Yes — weekend appointments are available.
