Who we are

Rill Works LLC, doing business as Rally Window Services — “Rally,” “we” or “us” below — provides residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning in Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville & Livermore, California. This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us through rallywindows.com and when you contact us about a cleaning.

Rally is a service-area business. We work at our customers’ homes and do not operate a storefront.

The short version

We collect what we need to prepare a quote and get back to you, and nothing else. We do not sell your information. We ask for your ZIP code rather than your street address, because a quote does not need to know where you live. Where we use advertising or analytics tools, this policy says so — see below for what is running today.

Information you give us

Almost everything we hold comes from the quote request form. That form asks for:

• Your ZIP code
• What you would like cleaned
• How many stories your home has
• Roughly how many windows you have, chosen as a range
• Your first name
• Your phone number, your email address, or both
• How you would prefer to hear back from us
• How you heard about Rally, if you choose to tell us
• How often you would like cleaning, if you choose to tell us
• Anything else you want us to know, in a free-text notes field

We do not ask for your street address, and the quote form has no field for one. We also never ask for payment details through this website.

If you call (925) 506-2521 or email contact@rallywindows.com instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.

Photos you send us

Photo upload through this website is not currently available. If we need to see something before quoting, we will ask you for it directly, and anything you send us that way is used only to prepare your quote.

Photos we take at your home

When we carry out work, we may photograph what we did — before-and-after shots and similar — and we use those to document the job.

We will not use a photograph of your property publicly without your consent. That includes the Rally website, our Google Business Profile, social media and other promotional materials. If we would like to use one that way, we will ask you first, and you can say no without it affecting your service or your price.

Information collected automatically

Where you came from

When you first arrive, this site records how you got here so we can tell which marketing is worth continuing. That record is the campaign tags in the link you followed (the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content values), the click identifiers that Google and Meta add to their own ad links, the website that referred you if it was not this one, the page you landed on, and the time you arrived. If you later submit a quote request, that record is saved alongside it.

On its own this tells us nothing about who you are — it describes a link, not a person, and it contains nothing you typed. If you go on to submit a quote request, it becomes part of that request like everything else on this page.

Your IP address

When you submit the quote form, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how many submissions can come from one place in a short window. This is what stops automated abuse of the form. It is held in memory for that purpose only and is not saved with your quote request.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests made to the site, which typically include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by the hosting platform rather than by us, and we use them only to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Rally expects to advertise online, and to use conversion and analytics tools — potentially including tools from Google and Meta — to understand which advertising works. Those tools are not running on this site today.

As things stand right now, this website sets no cookies of its own, loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts, and has no measurement tool wired up to it. Our typefaces are served from our own site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not make a request to another company.

When we do turn any of that on, we will update this page to say what is running, what it collects and what your choices are, and we will change the date at the top. If a tool we adopt requires a consent banner, you will see one.

We do use your browser’s session storage, which is cleared automatically when you close the tab and is never sent anywhere on its own. We store three things there:

• Where you came from, as described above, so that it survives you clicking through the site before requesting a quote.
• Your answers to the quote form while you are filling it in, so a refresh or a misplaced tap does not make you start over.
• The reference number for a quote request you just submitted, so the confirmation page can recognize the request you just made.

Because these expire with the tab, nothing is left behind on your device afterwards.

How we use your information

• To prepare a quote for the work you asked about.
• To get back to you about that quote, and to arrange the cleaning if you go ahead — by phone or email, using the method you told us you prefer.
• To decide whether your home is inside the area we currently serve. A ZIP code outside it is never a reason to ignore a request — it means a person at Rally looks at it and decides.
• To prepare an internal working estimate from the answers you gave, which a person at Rally reviews before any price reaches you.
• To keep our own record of the work we have quoted and carried out.
• To understand which marketing brings people to the site, using the link information described above.
• To protect the site and the quote form from automated abuse.

Requesting a quote does not sign you up for marketing. We contact you about your quote and your job, and we will not pass your details to anyone else to market to you. If we ever start sending marketing of our own, it will be something you can opt out of.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business, each of which handles your information only to provide their service to us:

• A website hosting provider, which serves this site and keeps its request logs.
• A managed database provider, which stores quote requests so we do not lose them.
• An email delivery provider, which sends the internal notification that tells our team a quote request has come in.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our team, or the safety of others. If Rally is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that business.

How long we keep it

We do not keep quote requests to a fixed schedule. How long we hold one depends on what we still need it for: following up on the request, carrying out and documenting the work, handling any questions or guarantee claims afterwards, and meeting our tax and record-keeping obligations. When a request is no longer needed for any of those, we do not have a reason to keep it.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Quote requests are stored in a private, access-controlled database. Access is limited to the people at Rally who need it to do the work.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information — financial account details, government identification numbers, or health information — through this website. We will never ask you for any of it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at contact@rallywindows.com or call (925) 506-2521 and tell us what you would like. We may need to ask you a question or two to confirm we are talking to the right person before we act on the request, and we will not treat you any differently for making one.

California residents have specific rights over their personal information under state law, including the rights to know, delete, and correct. The categories of information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with are all described above.

We do not sell your personal information. If we begin using advertising tools that share information with an ad platform, we will say so on this page and provide whatever choices the law requires at that point.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information — for example, if we start using an analytics tool — we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
