About these terms

These terms govern your use of rallywindows.com and the quote requests you send us through it. The website and the services described on it are provided by Rill Works LLC, doing business as Rally Window Services — “Rally,” “we” or “us” below.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. How we handle your information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to ask us for a quote. Please do not use it to send us false information, to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, to attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or to submit requests automatically or in bulk.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we may decline or remove a quote request that appears to be automated or abusive.

Quote requests and estimates

Submitting the quote request form is a request for a price. It is not a booking, and it does not create a contract between us. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

Any quote we give you is an estimate based on what you told us about your home. The things that move a price are:

• Approximate number of windows
• Exterior only, or interior and exterior
• Number of stories
• Accessibility
• Window type
• Condition

If what we find on site differs materially from what was described — more windows than expected, access we cannot safely reach, or condition that needs work beyond a standard cleaning — we will tell you before we start and agree a revised price with you. We will not do extra work you have not approved, and we will not charge you for work we did not do.

A quote is valid for 30 days from the date we issue it. After that we may need to re-quote, and we may also revise a quote at any point if the details of the job turn out to be different from what was described.

Where we work

Rally serves Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville & Livermore, California, and the surrounding Tri-Valley area. If you are outside that area you are still welcome to ask — we read every request and will tell you honestly whether we can get to you. Availability on any given date is never guaranteed until we have confirmed it with you.

Scheduling and access

To let us do the work, we ask that you:

• Are the owner of the property, or are authorized by the owner to have the work done.
• Give us accurate information about your home when you ask for a quote.
• Provide safe and lawful access to the areas being cleaned on the agreed date.
• Tell us in advance about anything that affects how we work — damaged or painted-shut windows, alarms, dogs, restricted access, or anything fragile near the work.
• Secure pets, and keep children clear of ladders and equipment while we work.

You do not need to be home for exterior work, as long as we can reach the windows and any gates are unlocked. Interior work needs someone to let us in. Either way, we will confirm the arrangement with you before the day.

We may need to reschedule for weather, for safety, or if we cannot access the property when we arrive. We will contact you as soon as we know.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Contact us by phone or email and we will find another date that works.

We do not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee. Shorter notice is not a problem to tell us about — it simply means we may not be able to fill the slot, and we would rather know than arrive to a locked gate.

If we need to cancel or move an appointment ourselves — for weather, for safety, or because we cannot get access — we will contact you as soon as we know and reschedule at no cost to you.

Pricing and payment

The price for your job is the one we agreed with you, and we do not publish a starting price on this website. Payment is for the work carried out, at that agreed price.

Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we have agreed something different with you in advance. If you need another arrangement, ask us before the job rather than after it.

We currently accept cash, Venmo and Zelle. Other payment methods may be available by arrangement — ask us before the job and we will tell you whether we can take it. We do not accept every payment method, so please do not assume one we have not confirmed with you.

We never ask for payment details through this website.

Our guarantees

Two promises come with our work. They are stated in full here and on our services page.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your window cleaning, let us know and we'll return to address the issue at no additional charge.

30-Day Rain Guarantee

If rain leaves your exterior windows noticeably spotted within 30 days of a cleaning, let us know and we'll come back and touch up the affected windows at no additional charge.

It does not cover:

• Sprinkler overspray, which leaves mineral spotting rather than rain spotting
• Construction, landscaping or road dust
• Fingerprints, pet marks and anything from inside the house
• Birds, tree sap and debris
• Interior glass, which rain doesn't reach

Both guarantees are a return visit to put the work right. Neither is a refund, and neither covers anything beyond the cleaning itself.

What our cleaning does not do

A standard cleaning removes dirt, dust and grime. It does not remove cloudy or chalky mineral deposits left behind by hard water, and Rally does not offer hard-water or mineral-deposit restoration as a service. If that is what is on your glass, a cleaning will not change it, and we will tell you so rather than take the job.

We work on windows, gutters and solar panels that we can reach safely. Second and third-story windows are routine. If something genuinely cannot be reached safely we will say so rather than improvise, and you will not be charged for it. We may also stop work already underway if conditions become unsafe.

Windows, screens, frames and gutters can already be damaged, worn, or fitted in a way that fails under normal careful cleaning. Where we spot something like that, we will point it out rather than work on it and hope.

Website content

The content of this site — text, photography, the Rally name and logo, and the design of the site itself — belongs to Rally or is used with permission. You may read it, share links to it, and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

Photos of your property

We may take photographs of our work while we are at your home — before-and-after shots and similar — and we use those to document the job we carried out for you.

We will not use a photograph of your property publicly without your consent. That includes the Rally website, our Google Business Profile, social media and other promotional materials. If we would like to use a photo of your home that way, we will ask you, and you are free to say no. Saying no does not affect your service or your price in any way.

If you send us photographs yourself, they remain yours, and you give us permission to use them to prepare and carry out your quote — the same consent rule above applies to any public use of them.

Links to other websites

This site links to places we do not control, such as our Google Business Profile and our social media accounts. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else you find there.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail on it is complete and current at every moment. Service descriptions on this site are general and do not guarantee a particular result for a particular home.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rally is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

If something goes wrong on a job, tell us. We would far rather hear about it and put it right than have you find out what a clause says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in effect when we agreed to do it.
